1. Scope of Work: Referral Agents will promote our travel services and bring in new customers.
2. Commission: Referral Agents will receive a commission on every customer who patronizes us through them, as agreed upon in the referral agreement.
3. Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid to the Referral Agent’s designated business account, not personal accounts.
4. No Alteration of Agreements: Referral Agents are not authorized to alter or modify any agreements or contracts between the company and clients.
5. No Acceptance of Payments: Referral Agents must not accept payments from clients or direct payments to their personal accounts.
6. Confidentiality: Referral Agents must maintain confidentiality regarding client information and company business.
7. Non-Exclusivity: This agreement is non-exclusive, and Referral Agents may work with other companies.
8. Termination: Either party can terminate this agreement with written notice.
